02 What are your hours?

Daily, 11:00–20:30.

03 Is there parking?

West Bund Central mall has parking — you can park there and walk over.

04 What's the budget per person?

About ¥103 per person.

05 What's the signature dish?

The Argentinian prawn & calamari seafood pasta — whole red prawns and calamari simmered with pasta made fresh that day. The tiramisu is a favourite too.

06 Where is JE&JO, and how do I get there?

We're at West Bund Central in Xuhui, Shanghai — Floor 1 (L1-10a), No. 268 Ruining Road. There's parking in the mall if you're driving.

07 What kind of food does JE&JO serve?

Fresh, handmade Italian pasta. The pasta is made in-house every day — mixed, rolled, and cut by hand. The signature is a seafood pasta with whole Argentinian red prawns and calamari, finished with a classic tiramisu.

08 Is the pasta really made fresh in-house?

Yes — made fresh in our own kitchen every day. We mix, roll, and cut it in-house, which is what gives it its texture.

09 What kind of place is it — and what occasion suits it?

Relaxed and easygoing. It suits solo dining or remote work on a weekday — there's counter seating facing the open kitchen, Wi-Fi, and power outlets; it's also good for catching up with friends (groups of 3–10), dates, and family meals. Pasta lovers can watch fresh pasta being made from dough to plate. We also host private events, brand activations, corporate gatherings, and full venue buyouts.

10 Do you have vegetarian options? What about allergens?

A few pastas are vegetarian-friendly: the mushroom pasta, the fresh tomato pasta with stracciatella, and the Aglio e Olio. All our pasta is made fresh in-house daily and contains egg and wheat; other common allergens include dairy (Parmesan, cream sauces), nuts (the pesto has pine nuts), and seafood. Please tell our team about any restrictions or allergies before you order.

11 Is it good for families with kids? Is there a kids menu?

Yes. The flavours are approachable and the room is relaxed, so it works well for families and young children. There's a kids set (tomato pasta, ¥66).

12 Do you have an English menu?

Yes — the menu is bilingual, with every dish listed in both Chinese and English.

13 Can you host private events or a full buyout?

Yes. We host private dinners, brand activations, community and school events, corporate functions, and team dinners. Seating is flexible, with partial or full venue buyout available — call ahead to arrange.

14 Can I watch the pasta being made?

Yes. The shop is built around an open fresh-pasta laboratory and a fully visible kitchen — you can watch the whole process, from mixing and shaping the dough to cooking and plating.
